The room was nice, but we are older and would have preferred a room on the first floor instead of the third in the middle of the building because it required a lot of walking to and from the elevator and the room and exit. The breakfast was good but they had the utensils facing up so people were touching the side you eat with instead of the handle side which isn't very sanitary. And the bed was okay but it had "grooves" worn in it from people sitting and laying on the edge of it so it made you want to roll out of the bed if you slept to close to the edge, and the pillows were terrible they were tiny little rocks, no give in them and to small to try and fluff up and spread out. Great for looks, but terrible for function.

Location, the view of the lake, mountains, new LDS Temple was breathtaking from my room-especially at night, affordable, room size was beyond excellent, very clean, tasty breakfast provided, pool and hot tub exceptional-maintained very well, kind staff, check in process was quick-easy-efficient, check in attendant was very friendly, hospitable, and helpful, comfortable bed and size, all the amenities were great, and more! I give this specific La Quinta on parkway Orem 5/5 stars easily!! Highly recommend!

The hotel is clean and has a good location. Room rates were reasonable, staff were friendly. The property has an indoor pool and jacuzzi, a free breakfast in the morning, and free coffee and tea. They do not take cash at this property, only debit or credit cards.

Good choices for breakfast. Staff was very accommodating. The toilet kept clogging. After failed attempts and buying a plunger ourselves to no avail we let management know and they were very kind and understanding and put us in another room right away.

The bed was very comfortable. Property was clean. The pool was clean open and perfect temp. TV had lots of choices to watch. Hot water never ran out. Had washer n dryer for guests. Staff was more then willing to help me with anything I needed.

Cathryn at the front desk was amazing. I forgot to request a walk in shower when I booked the room for my 90 year old mom and myself. When I got there she checked our booking and found it was a step in tub shower. She checked available rooms and then ran up to check for one that had a shower. It was above and beyond awesome. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel was clean and inviting, so different from the hotel we stayed in the night before. Thank you.

The size & layout of the room were amazing! I loved that I did not have to dig out my charging station because there were several USB ports to plug directly into. The room was clean & overall comfortable.

Good breakfast. Convenient location, Right by Tesla superchargers and Walmart. The room was clean. There was a nice swimming pool where several families with children had great fun playing in the water.

Very clean and spacious room with private bath. Breakfast was excellent, especially the hot breakfast and premium coffee. I didn't use the indoor pool but it looked really nice. We landed late at Provo Airport and the car rental at the airport was expensive, and this location is an excellent mid-point between Provo Airport and Budget Car Rental in Orem where we rented the car the next day.
